Q.What are Successfully Placed Orders?

A. The Orders whose designs are Confirmed and the Payments are Done and Received by the company, those orders are termed “Successfully Placed Orders”

Q.How Do I pay for my order?

A. After you agree on the preview our team shares,you will receive Payment Link. You can pay via any UPI App ie.GooglePay,Paytm,etc. After Successful Payment we will process the Order.

Orders will only be accepted when full payment is done in Advance!

NOTE: On Special Conditions, Cash in advance is eligible. Our Financial Team will look into the matters. But the concept of Advance remains the same.

Q. How Do I share the design that is to be printed?

A. After you place the Order, Our Team will get back to you via the details you filled in and hence they will coordinate with you and ask for the desired design to be printed.

After reviewing the design, our tem will on the spot share the preview and if needed any corrections by you, will do the same.

Q.Can I Change the Design after Successful Placing of an order?

A. No You Cannot.

Q.Can I cancel my order?

A. Yes you can but with a condition that You can only cancel ” Successfully Placed Order ” within 5 Minutes of Placing it.

Q.When will I receive my Order?

A. Within 2-7 days after placing the order and payment.

Q. Do you Accept Cash on delivery?

A. No, we only work on 100% advance basis!

Q.Do I have to pay Delivery Charges?

A. If you are living in Surat Corp. Then you are eligible for FREE Delivery but if you live outstation, you are liable for the delivery charges.

Q.Can I return a product?

A. No You cannot as the products are specifically made for you on your Demand.

Q.Are any kind of Exchanges Available?

A. No

Q. Do you issue Refunds?

A.Yes but with a condition that the ” Successfully Placed Order ” is cancelled within 5 mins of placing order OR if the product comes damaged from our side.
